I am grateful 2 the staff of Central Valley Pain Management. I literally owe them everything. I have damage 2 my L3, L4, L5, S1, spinal stenosis, several pinched nerves. I need back surgery. But I'm overweight & have not been able 2 lose the weight needed for my surgery as of yet. The injections I receive here at this office allows me enough pain relief that I'm able 2 still walk on my own..

The BEST DR FOR PAIN MANAGEMENT. Dr Grande Dr Fin are the best pain management specialists. He listens and hits the right place for the pain every time. I ONLY TRUST THEM! The staff is amazing, very friendly and professional. They really care about you there. Dr Grande has given me many epidural’s and when giving an IV it never hurts like at the hospital. He gets it right the first time. My pain is managed well with epidurals and trigger points every time. He doesn’t jump into drastic tx immediately. He goes the conservative route which I appreciate. I had 2 consultation before I called him up again because the other places wanted to cut my nerves in my spine when not necessary. Other places are rude, uncaring, and scare me to death. Dr Grande is funny, kind, and cares about my pain. I appreciate him so much and won’t go anywhere else. I got trigger point injections today and already feel some pain relief. Thank you Doctor!"

"I have seen Dr Grandhe for a year and a half. super sweet and listens. I came into his office pretty much crying in pain. SI joint pain from a messed up Kenalog shot that destroyed my muscle. Final winner was RFA. Everyone in the office is great and the wait it minimal. I actually thoroughly enjoy going in, one of my favorites doctor's and staff."
